Important Payment Policy

• Booking will be confirmed only after 50% advance payment is received.

• We do not accept advance or partial payments. Spot will not be held without full payment.

Travel Arrangements

• Self-travel is preferred.

• Pickup & drop from Lonavala is available at ₹350/person (round trip).

• Minimum 6 people required for this service.

ID Proof Mandatory

• Aadhaar Card or Valid Government ID is required for each guest at the time of check-in.

Terms & Conditions

Respect Nature & Cleanliness

• No littering. Help us keep the lakeside and surroundings clean and plastic-free.

Noise Restrictions

• No loud music after 10:30 PM. Please maintain peace to respect nature and fellow campers.

Safety & Liability

• The management is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during travel or camping.

Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved by the organizer in advance.

Media Consent

• By attending, you agree that your photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes.

Night Exit Policy

• Guests are not allowed to exit the camping premises after 12:00 AM, unless it’s a verified emergency.

• In such cases, valid proof is required, and only the owner can approve the exit.

Damage Compensation Policy

Guests must pay for any damage caused to campsite property (e.g., chairs, tents, etc.).

If compensation is not paid, all services will be suspended until payment is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking:

• 50% refund will be provided only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event start time.

• No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

• This policy helps us manage logistics, bookings, and other arrangements effectively.
